Extremely close to central train station, ensuring easy transit. The staff were pleasant and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, and cleanliness had slight issues with mould in the shower.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. We had a stunning view of Vesuvius from our room, and the location was incredibly convenient, being right across from the train station. However, the area felt a bit sketchy at night, which made returning to the hotel a little uneasy at times.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the Port of Naples and cycled around the area. The place is cozy, and the room we had was clean. Plus, it's super close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Just a heads up, the area can feel a bit sketchy at night, so stay alert when walking back.
One issue we faced was that the glass in the door was shattered when we arrived, which made us feel uncomfortable right away.
